MULL-TRANS d.o.o. has started in 1994, and until today has become as respectable and reliable partner as one of significant waste management companies in Croatia. In 2003 EKO-FLOR PLUS d.o.o. made an acquisition of MULL-TRANS d.o.o. In 2013 both EKO-FLOR PLUS d.o.o. and MULL-TRANS d.o.o. became part of C.I.O.S., partly owned by Scholz Holding GmbH. The new chapter of development and consolidation has started in 2014 when Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) has taken over 39,9% part of Scholz Holding GmbH.

MULL-TRANS d.o.o. as part of EKO-FLOR group provides for around 200 legal and around 8,000 private users following services: collection, transport and disposal/treatment of municipal waste; separate collection of some waste fractions; collection and sorting bulky municipal waste; cleaning separators and grease traps.

MULL-TRANS d.o.o. is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and 14001:2004 standards.
